I thought setting up my zpacks tent would take a bit of trial and error, especially the first time out. But it was surprisingly straightforward. I had it pitched and ready to go in about 5 minutes on my first try, which was a nice little expectation gap in the best way. Super easy to use right away.

They showed the production wait time before I placed my order, which I really appreciated. It ended up being accurate too, so I wasn’t left guessing or wondering what was going on. That’s how it should be, right?

I kept hearing about Zpacks from hikers I trust. So I finally gave them a try. The whole order was smooth. No weird issues. The gear feels really well made too. It’s not the cheapest option out there. But I can see why people recommend them so much. I’d order from Zpacks again.

I bought this pack partly because it’s made here in the US, i don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting to support local jobs. The pack feels solid so far, and the shipping process was simple. I know some people might say it doesn’t matter where it’s made, but for me it’s a nice bonus.

I used the sizing guide before I ordered. It was right on. The fit was perfect the first time. No guessing. No returns. Really happy with it.

Checkout was easy, and when it showed up, everything matched what I picked. I did spend a little longer deciding than I expected, but I’m calling it a small win because I ended up with the exact setup I had in my head. Definitely 5 stars from me...

Took this pack on a long climb and barely noticed it was there. It stayed comfortable the whole way and never felt like it was dragging me down. Solid choice if you want to move light and not overthink your gear.

I’ve picked up a few things from zpacks and yeah, the quality is solid. The stuff is super light, packs down small, and that’s basically why I was looking at it in the first place. But man, the prices are not exactly casual. Then you add shipping, little extras, whatever else, and suddenly it feels like a lot more than you planned. I do like what I bought, don’t get me wrong, it works well and feels well made. I’m just not totally convinced the value is there unless you’re really chasing ultralight gear or trying to shave every ounce from your pack.

I really like their focus on repairs and cutting down on waste. From the way they talk about their products, I get the feeling they’re not just trying to sell you new stuff all the time, which I appreciate.

I got my order placed without having to sit around waiting for restocks, so overall I’m really happy.

I really liked the gear at first because it’s lightweight and easy to use, but the warranty/repair process ended up being frustrating. You expect decent support after spending that much, but I felt like I had to keep chasing replies. The repair option also didn’t feel very useful for the price. Overall, I wanted to like the whole experience more, but the support side was disappointing

Everything showed up the way I ordered it, so I can’t really complain. The only small thing was that the packaging could’ve been a bit better, which feels preventable. Overall though, it was fine and I got what I needed
